Local Authority Department with a remit for developing arts at local level in Co. Clare and for creating networks to benefit artists and citizens. The Arts Office has developed a number of projects which focus in particular on arts in rural contexts with a view to expanding participation in the arts and creating opportunities for artists and rural audiences to engage directly with one another.
